Today I threw it back to Stamptember and pulled out the Delicate Blooms Embossing Folder to color. I combined it with a stamp set from the To Be Loved release called Always and Forever for the greeting. Here is an image of the embossing folder:
Here is my card:
I embossed the Delicate Blooms embossing folder with white cardstock. I then colored it with Copic markers. I used some colored pencils for shading. I used some light green Copics to color around the leaves and flowers as a muted background. I used a white Uniball for the small dots in the centers of the flowers and for outlining the lightest areas of the flower petals.
I stamped the word "love" from the Always and Forever stamp set with Versafine Ink and die-cut it out with the matching dies. It is such a pretty font! I stamped the "to my" on a small sentiment banner. I die-cut three of the word Love so I could layer them for depth. I attached both to the bottom of the card. I added three small sparkling clear sequins around the sentiment.
I love how easy this card was to make. It let me color flowers these gorgeous Delicate Blooms flowers which is my favorite thing to do. I find it really easy to color embossing folders with Copics because of the raised edges. I hope you are all having a great week! Suzy
