It's a 2 company SSS STAMPtember collaboration today and this post is for Honeybee Stamps. I have another post HERE for the Newton's Nook post. The Honeybee stamp set is called Autumn Blessings and is sold alone or as a bundle with a set of matching dies. Here is an image of the bundle:
And here is my card:
I stamped all of the images in the sending Autumn Blessings stamp set with Intense Black Ink on white cardstock. I colored them all in with Copic markers and used colored pencils for some shading mostly on the leaves. I fussy cut all of them out (I know I'm crazy with the fussy cutting, but it's enjoyable for me!). I'm always determined to use every single stamp in a stamp set on a card if I'm only making one card with that stamp. I know I probably won't be using these collab sets again (no time), so I want to show every stamp in use!
I made the background with a piece of patterned paper from a new 6x8 pad I just got by 49 and Market called Spectrum Gardenia Classics. I absolutely LOVE their papers as they are super thick like cardstock, double sided, and have solids on one side and patterns on the other. I just bought three different ones! I cut this piece down and then framed it with a Gold Matte Cardstock frame die-cut using the A2 Nested Frame Dies. I attached that to a white card bas.e I then arranged ALL of the stamped images over the background. I only glued them in the centers of the pumpkins and the stems and edges of the leaves so they would look more dimensional and stick up. I stamped a sentiments with Intense black ink and cut around it. I attached that to the bottom of the card front with foam tape behind it. I added some Mustard Gold Nuvo drops around the background. Last I tied some twine around the top in a bow and then wondered if it was too much! (((I never know when to stop))).
I absolutely love this stamp set by Honeybee Stamps and I'm so not a fall person! The pumpkins/gourds are so cute with all their different shapes and there are so many stamps in the set and lots of greetings as well with a very dainty font. I actually may have to use this one again! I hope you enjoyed this Sending Autumn Blessings stamp set that you can find in the SSS store while supplies last. The stamp by itself is HERE and the bundle is HERE. You can see all of the STAMPtember collaboration stamp sets that are still available at this line HERE and all of the SSS STAMPtember release products HERE. Thanks so much for visiting! Suzy
