Simon Says Stamp Splendor Release: Tulip Stem Wafer Dies

I have a card to share today that uses products from the SSS Splendor Release. I used the Tulip Stem Wafer Dies, the Easter Peeps stamp and die bundle, and the Mosaic Tulips Stencil. Here is my card: I made the background using the new Mosaic Tulips Stencil. I applied Carnation and Peony Ink to the flowers, Limelicious ink for the leaves, and the new Butter ink for the little designs. I kept it really soft using the new Tim Holtz Tiny Foam Applicators. "One Stamp, Five Ways" Simon Says Stamp Limited Edition Easter Kit 2024

I will start with a very clear statement for this post. My "one stamp, five ways" series is suppose to be all about the stamp. I love the Hoppy Easter stamp set in this kit SO much! I would have loved to do my 5 cards just focusing on it as it is that cute and deserved the attention. But the kit included 6 of Suzy's Watercolor Cards. Simon Says Stamp Splendor Release Blog Hop Day 1

Today is the first day of a two day blog hop celebrating the SSS Splendor Release that is full of beautiful spring products (my favorite season and colors!). I have a card to share with you today that uses quite a few of the new products. I'll post the blog hop details at the end of this post. Yesterday I shared a box I made using the new Gift Bag Wafer Die. I added a bunch of die-cut flowers to the front of it with the Simple Flowers wafer dies. Today is the Simon Says Stamp Splendor Release full of Spring products. I have a few projects to share with you using the release, so I will post one a day for the next few days. "One Stamp, Five Ways" Simon Says Stamp March Card Kit "Mix and Match Butterflies"

It's time for the March 2024 Card Kit reveal from Simon Says Stamp. This one is called "Mix and Match Butterflies". The kit comes with a 6x8" stamp set called Mix and Match Butterflies as well as a set of matching dies (includes one butterfly and a few of the extras). which I've focused on for most of my cards. Simon Says Stamp Diecember 2023: Bold Scandinavian Wafer Dies

I recently saw a card by Laura Bassen on Instagram and thought it was the cutest thing ever! It used the SSS Bold Scandinavian Wafer Dies from the Diecember 2023 release. I realized I had never used them and from the packaging, I didn't realize how cute they would be in use! Thankfully Laura inspired me as I love these so much! Tim Holtz and Simon Says Stamp: Love Notes Stamp and Matching Dies

Tim Holtz just released a new stamp set called Love Notes that I absolutely LOVE! And SSS came out with a set of matching dies which makes this stamp set even better! Here is an image of the bundle: And here is my slimline card I made with the stamp. It was so fun and easy to use! I started with a piece of white cardstock that was 3.5" x 8.5". I then stamped ALL of the heart stamps in the Love Notes stamp set randomly over this piece, overlapping some. I used all of the pink and purple Pawsitively Saturated Inks. Simon Says Stamp: Billowing Peonies by Altenew Stamp Set and Tim Holtz Watercolor Pencils

Tim Holtz just came out with 72 new colors of his Distress Watercolor Pencils. These three sets complete all of the Distress line colors. I was so excited to get these from SSS and try them out. I love the original ones, so having all the colors is fun. I was also sent the new set of black and white pencils which are awesome which I'll discuss later in my post. I watercolored one of my favorite stamp sets with the pencils called Billowing Peonies by Altenew. This is a JUMBO set and I absolutely love it!
