Today's collaboration stamp set is with Brutus Monroe and is called Seasonal Gnomes. Each day, SSS has a STAMPtember collaboration stamp company that designs a stamp set that is exclusive and only sold until supplies last. All of them have sold out so far except the Altenew one from yesterday. The Brutus Monroe Seasonal Gnomes 6" x 8" stamp set is sold alone or as a bundle with a set of dies. Here is an image:
And here is my slimline card (I promise the next few are NOT slimline haha):
I started by die-cutting a rectangle from white cardstock using the SSS Slimline Rectangle Dies. I then applied Pawsitively Saturated Ink to it using Peachy on the top 2/3rds and Cappuccino and Latte on the bottom 1/3rd. I used SSS Brushes to get deeper coverage. I attached it to a white card base.
I stamped all of the Fall images in the Seasonal Gnomes stamp set with Intense Black Ink. I did multiples of the two leaves. I didn't use the cat or jack-o-latern and I didn't use the gift or holiday gnome. But I did use the deer even though it was probably meant for Christmas haha. I colored all of them in with colored pencils. I arranged them over the background and used foam tape behind the tops of the gnomes and all of the other items.
I stamped a sentiment from the stamp set with Lawn Fawn Walnut Ink in the top center of the two gnome hats. I added some leaves in the sky as if they were falling from trees. I forgot to add Nuvo drops which is just terrible as I don't consider a card finished without them! Oh well! Can a turkey sit on a broom for a Fall card? Well, mine did without objecting!
This Seasonal Gnomes stamp set by Brutus Monroe is so cute. This one has a lot of small images, so it might be a good one to invest in the bundle with the matching set of dies as well. I don't usually like fall colors, but I love how this card turned out! The stamp set is very cute and I really enjoyed coloring these little gnomes. It's also good that it can be used for Halloween, Thanksgiving/Fall, or Christmas/Winter. Much more to come so stay tuned and keep coming to visit! Suzy
