I want to use every single new product in the Dream Big release, so today's card uses four of the products! I figure I'll get done a lot quicker if I use that many on one card haha. I used the Alstroemeria Stem Die, the Blossom Vine Die, the Layered Rose Leaves Die, and the Dimensional Cubes Stencil. Here are images of these four products (click on product to see it in the SSS store):
I made the background first and then the rest of the card was inspired by that color scheme. I used the new Dimensional Cubes Stencil and Pixie Spray to attach it. I used several colors of Pawsitively Saturated Inks: Sprout from Trio 8 for the green squares, Lemonade from Trio 3, and Peachy for the orange from Trio 4. For the darker Peach area, I just applied more ink so it was darker. I used the SSS Round Blending Brushes that are new and really small for stencils like this. I die-cut this piece with the SSS A2 Thin Frame Die and attached it to a white card base.
I die-cut a SSS Thin Circle Die from white cardstock for the inside circle and from green cardstock for the frame. I attached that to the top of the background. I die-cut the Alstroemeria Stem Die from white cardstock and colored it with Copic markers in peach shades. I die-cut the Blossom Vine from white cardstock twice and colored it with yellow Copics. I layered two of the smaller pieces on it so it had more dimension. I die-cut two of the smaller leaves in the Layered Rose Leaves Die and colored them with green Copics. I attached all of these items over the circle using foam tape beneath the top of the flowers.
I stamped a sentiment from the CZ Spring in My Step stamp set with Grapefruit PSInk (also from Trio 4). I die-cut it out with the matching CZ Spring in My Step dies. I attached it to the bottom of the circle using foam tape behind it. I added some Sparkling Clear Sequins around the flowers and the sentiment.
I didn't have a plan with I started this card and it just kind of came together. I love how it turned out - especially the colors. All of these dies from the Dream Big release just go together so well! Thanks so much for visiting! Suzy
