One of the cling stamps released in the Hello Gorgeous release by Simon Says Stamp is called the Delicate Floral Mandala. I love it and have used it twice now. Here is an image:
Here is the first card I made with it. I combined it with the Delicate Floral Frames stamp set. Here is an image and you can see the blog post HERE with directions:
And here is the card I just made using the same Delicate Floral Mandala Cling Stamp:
I die-cut a piece of white cardstock with the largest Mama Elephant B2B Rectangle Die (which is a full A2 card size). I then attached a piece of Thermoweb Pixie Tape to the edge of the card. It's about an inch thick so it blocked off that portion, but is also easy to remove without tearing the cardstock. I then stamped the Delicate Floral Mandala cling stamp on the card front starting at the edge of the tape with MFT Natural Ink.
Once it was stamped with this light color of ink, I was able to go over the lines with colored pencils (needed to be nice and sharp!). I used aquas, blues, purples, and pinks as they are my favorite colors! I was going to leave the background white, but I decided to color it in with some light Copics in the same color ranges blending the colors together. I like the way the background looks as it is really soft.
I looked for a stamp that would fill the top portion well and found this greeting in the Birthday Sentiments stamp set. It fit the area perfectly! I embossed it with Ranger Garden Patina embossing powder (one of my favorite colors ever). I couldn't resist using some Nuvo drops over the dots throughout the card front including Carribean Ocean, Party Pink, and Sweet Lilac gloss drops.
I really love this Delicate Floral Mandala cling stamp as it is whimsical and floral which fits my style perfectly. I know I'll be using it a lot more in the future. Thanks for visiting today! Suzy
