Today is Christmas Eve, so I am posting my final card of the season today. Christmas cards are my favorite cards to make, so I'm sad to be ending this roll I've been on! But it will be fun to move to other subjects I guess. The stamps for Christmas cards are just so cute that I can't resist any of them! A Different Way To Use Stencils on Cards: The Peonies and Leaves Stencil by SSS

I think it is a widely known fact if you have ever visited my blog before that I love to color. I don't often use flat stamps or stencils because I think of them as something you use ink on. I do enjoy that approach, but when I'm in the mood to color, I turn to outline stamps. Simon Says Stamp Be Lovely Stamp Set From To The Moon Release

I made a non-holiday card today and it was fun! I'm knee deep in holiday decor, baking, shopping, and STRESS, so maybe a break was needed to remind me that I will survive this season! Simon Says Stamp released this stamp set called Be Lovely in their last release To The Moon. My Favorite Things Happy Llamadays Stamp Set

I have had this darling stamp set from MFT called Happy Llamadays for a couple months now and I couldn't wait to use it. I love Llamas and Christmas Llamas are the BEST Llamas. Here is an image of the stamp set: I wanted to try something different and because they looked like they were meant to be in the dessert (the cactus!), I decided to stamp them on Neenah Desert Storm cardstock. Yesterday was the Simon Says Stamp TO THE MOON release. I have a new set of watercolor cards in this release called Valentine Love Watercolor Cards. I'm not sure when I am suppose to stop making holiday cards. This week is a new release by Simon Says Stamp that will have love products for Valentine's Day which is right around the corner. In this card making hobby (or job), I feel like I am always one holiday ahead of the current one I am living. I haven't posted in almost a week! I've been busy decorating my house for Christmas and it takes me forever. It is such a process for such a short period of time, but those 3 weeks are just magical in the house! I wish it could look this way all year! Simon Says Stamp Diecember Release Card - Thankful Wreath

Today I made a card using the new Simon Says Stamp Thankful Wreath stamp and die set. They released the stamp in the Handmade Holiday release in November and then the die came out as part of the Diecember release. It is also sold as a bundle. Here is an image: I incorporated one of the other Diecember release products called the Detail Pincushion Plate Die. I also used a Large Joy die from the Peace on Earth release.
