Simon Says Stamp Special Promotion Starts Today!

Today there is a special promotion by Simon Says Stamp that I think you will all want to know about! Here are the deets:

If you place an order of $100 or more, you get a FREE stamp set with purchase called Yeti for Christmas. The stamp set cannot be purchased alone, but you can buy a set of matching dies if interested. I made a card with the stamp set to show it to you:

I created this slimline card using all of the images in the stamp set. I stamped them all with MFT Natural Ink and then colored them with colored pencils. I stamped 3 of each tree and each snowflake so I would have enough to fill up my scene. I used a Silver Uniball gel pen over the snowflakes. I cut them all out, but like I said above, there is a set of matching dies available.

I created a background using the SSS Slimline Nested Rectangle die (largest one). I cut a white rectangle and then made the sky with Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide Ink and SSS brushes. I made the snow with the MFT Stitched Slimline Snowdrift dies although I used the space on the opposite side of the die without the stitches. I made the background one with Lawn Fawn Pixie Dust glitter paper. I made the front one with just white cardstock. I glued all of these pieces to a slimline white cardstock base. 

I arranged the Yeti stamped images on the background with foam tape behind the top portion of each. I used Frosted Lace Stickles over the snowy areas on the trees and spots here and there over the background. I also used them in the center of each snowflake.
