Today's STAMPtember collaboration set is between SSS and Brutus Monroe. The stamp set is called Bounty of Wreathes and is also sold with a die Bounty of Wreathes stamps and dies. This is a 6" x 8" set and here is an image:
And here is my card:
I love that the set has three different wreaths for different occasions and greetings to go with each. I went with a Christmas theme for my card. I embossed the holiday wreath with Antique Gold Embossing Powder on white cardstock. I also embossed the greeting above it with the same embossing powder.
I colored in the images with Copic Markers. It is so much easier to color when an image is embossed than my usual no-line stamping! I couldn't color outside the lines even if I wanted to! I added some gold Nuvo Drops around the wreath. I die-cut it with the second largest frame die from the SSS A2 frames and I also die-cut a frame from gold foil paper. I attached both to a white card base.
This card was so easy to make and I love how it looks in real life. My photos didn't turn out very good - it was hard to capture the "elegance" of the design. It is a very simple card for me and I liked that about it. The set is called Bounty of Wreathes stamp set and Bounty of Wreathes stamp and die. Thanks for visiting and hopefully I will see you tomorrow for the LAST collab stamp set with Art Impressions! xoxo suzy
