Today Pretty Pink Posh has debuted a new Spring release including baby products. I love that they introduced a baby line of products with Spring as it seems all things bloom and are new in Spring - even little ones! I just wish our world was more "springy" right now, but hopefully it will be back to normal soon. Today I have a few things to share with you showing off the new products. You can purchase the entire new product bundle for 10% off RIGHT HERE. Here is an image:
There are two new baby stamp sets - one is a 4x6 set called Baby and the other is a 3x4 set called Little One. Here they are colored with colored pencils:
I have a slim-line card to share with you using all of these stamps in both sets as well as a new border die from the Eyelet Borders Die set and the new Welcome Little One die:
I don't think I could fit more images on this card haha! I make my slim-line cards with one piece of 8.5x11" cardstock. I cut off a 3.5" wide strip for the front of the card. I then cut the remaining piece to be 7" wide and fold that in half for the card base. This leaves a 1/2" strip of the paper. I used the new Eyelet Borders die to cut the bottom edge of the white card front. It lined up for the longer card size with no problem (pattern easily matches). I cut another strip and used my brushes to apply some Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide Ink to it. I attached that piece to the bottom of the card front and then the white piece over the top of that onto the card base.
I die-cut the new die "Welcome Little One" out of another piece of white cardstock with Squeezed Lemonade Oxide Ink applied (or you could apply it to the word after you die-cut it. I used the word Welcome on the top center of the card. I then stamped all of the images in both baby stamp sets with MFT Natural Ink and colored them with colored pencils.
I attached the word BABY to the center of the card underneath the word welcome. I then arranged ALL of the other colored images on both sides of that word. I even used the little heart and star on each side of the "welcome". I attached some Sparkling Clear Sequins around the images.
There are a few Spring/Easter products as well. The first is a stamp set called Spring Days. Here is an image with all of the stamps colored with colored pencils. You can also see the Spring Blessings Script die and the scalloped square die that comes with the dies for this stamp set. The little square stamps fit on the dies perfectly.
I don't know if you have seen these next cards yet, but they were all 3 on the PPP blog last week introducing the new Hedgehog Friends stamp set and the Ladybug Friends stamp set. You can see that blog post HERE with directions for each card and some close up images.
So many cute products that really cheered me up during this tough time. I love to color, so house arrest works really well for me. Except the part where I am responsible for feeding 5 people and 2 dogs. This all home cooking thing is wearing me out! How are all of you? Has anyone gotten the bug yet? I want to know real experiences and how bad it is. I've been thinking I would rather just catch it so I can quit worrying about it so much! I have two daughters with autoimmune diseases though, so keeping it out of my house is best. Thanks for visiting today and I hope you are all well and happy! xoxoxoxox Suzy
