The Hello Bluebird new Fall release is live as of yesterday, so you can now shop to your heart's content at the Hello Bluebird store. The products should be available at Simon Says Stamp soon. All of the new products are listed in my supply list at the end of this post linked to the HB store. I have five cards to share with you that have all been posted on IG over the past few days.
Card 1:
This is my typical random stamping background. I use my Misti to do this and used MFT Natural Ink as it is my favorite for no-line stamping. I used the darling new Fall Banner Buddies stamp set since it has all these cute little images. I always use a gray colored pencil to add shadows behind my images when I leave the background white so they pop more.
I used the Hello Bluebird Gallery Frame 4 die for the tag. I embossed the sentiment using SSS Antique Gold embossing powder. I added some Espresso jewels to finish it.
I used the new Spooky Spellers stamp set for this baby card. I love that it can work for non-Halloween theme cards as well! I tried forming several words with the letters included and there are quite a few that would work! I started by making my background with Distress Oxide Inks. I added some white Hero Arts Liquid Watercolors. I used a frame from any of the scene stamps - I use these on quite a few of my cards as they are the perfect size for an A2 card frame. I stamped the four little critters with MFT Natural Ink and colored them in with colored pencils. I spelled the word baby with the letter dies in the matching die set. I used the Charlie Alpha dies for the title and some Marigold jewels around the title. Last I added a pink border using the HB Basic Borders Die.
I used Distress Oxide Inks for this background as well in the opposite of my favorite colors - haha. I splattered brown watercolor over the background. I used a brown frame using one of the HB scene dies. I die-cut the word "thankful for you" using the new Thankful For You word dies. I used Chocolate Fondue Glitter Nuvo Drops over the letters.
I stamped the images from the Oh Nuts! stamp set with MFT Natural Ink. I colored them with colored pencils. I added Tonic Nuvo Drops in glitter over the leaves. I used a white Uniball gel pen over their cheeks. I added some Espresso and Marigold Jewels around the letters.
This was my favorite card - which one did you like the best? I am not a fan of anything scary, so I usually hate making HW cards. But this little girl in the Tabitha stamp set wasn't scary at all! I kept my colors in pinks and purples so they didn't seem scary as well! I started with a Distress Oxide Ink background. I then used the Spooky Scene die with white cardstock and then colored the inside pieces with gray Copic Markers.
I stamped the images on white cardstock with MFT Natural Ink and colored them in with colored pencils and a white Uniball gel pen. I embossed the sentiment on the bottom of the card with Ranger White Embossing Powder. I added some white jewels around the scene.
This card is made with the new Leaf Play stamp set and the new Oak Tree Scene Die. I die-cut the scene die using Ranger Watercolor paper and then painted it with watercolors. I added some details to the tree with colored pencils. I stamped the sentiment on the bottom of the scene with Lawn Fawn Doe ink.
I stamped the images on white cardstock with MFT Natural Ink and colored the in with colored pencils. I arranged them over the background. I used Glitter Tonic Nuvo Drops over the leaves and for the bear tail. I used Metallic Copper Penny and Bottle Green Nuvo Drops around the scene.
That's it - let me know if you have any questions about any of these HB cards. So happy you came to visit today! Have a great weekend. All of the products I used in this post are listed below linked to the HB store and the SSS store if they carry the products as well. Suzy
