Today is the Simon Says Stamp Friendly Frolic release. I love new releases, but especially when I have new products as part of the release. I have a new stamp set called More Good Vibes. If you liked my watercolor cards from the last release, you will love this set as it is images from those cards. Here is an image:
I'll be doing a "one stamp, five ways" post tomorrow using this set for the blog hop. But today I have two cards to share with you using some of the other new products from this release. First, I have a card using the Sketch Lotus Flower stamp set.
This card is a one layer card that is just watercolored. I stamped the image with MFT Natural Ink and then used my Daniel Smith watercolors to paint it. I also painted the background with a light blue wash. I also splattered some blue spots on the background.
I stamped the sentiment with SSS Intense Black Ink and I finished the card with some of the new Hawaiian Sunset Sequin Mix.
My next card uses a bunch of the new Picture Book dies - all the sea animals. I LOVE THESE!!!
I die-cut all the new sea animal storybook dies from white cardstock. I then colored them all with Copic markers. I added some lines with a white Uniball. I used a black glitter pen for the eyes. I used a red glitter pen on the star fish for dots.
I arranged all of the creatures on a white card base. I trimmed the ones that hung over the edges off. It was like making a puzzle (I love puzzles - do you?). I finished it with some PPP 4mm droplets.
Don't forget to visit tomorrow for the 2 day blog hop. I can't wait to show you all my cards (7) using my new More Good Vibes stamp set. Here is the entire Friendly Frolic Release and the products I used on this post are all linked below. Thanks for visiting! Suzy
Oh Suzy your cards are awesome. The Sketch Lotus is beautifully water coloured and the card using the Storybook creatures is wonderful. How fun!
Congrats on the awesome stamp set as well!

You are so talented and your colouring skills are amazing. Love your magical cards - they are all very beautiful. Thanks so much for sharing. Wish you did Youtube tutorials - I'm more of a watcher than reader so prefer to watch. Hint hint.
