Pretty Pink Posh has a new release that is available as of right this very minute! You can see the entire new release HERE. It can be purchased as a bundle HERE to get a 10% discount. And if you place a $60 order, you get a free die-cut that is a script word saying CONGRATS which is not even up for sale yet! Ok, with all that, let's get to my cards! I have two to share with you today using two of the new stamp sets and a couple of the new stand alone dies.
My favorite new stamp set this release is the Koala Friends set. Public Service Announcement: They are not bears. I got corrected on a post recently, so I have learned my lesson! But they are certainly cute, aren't they?
I stamped my Koalas on white cardstock and colored them int with Copic markers. I then used colored pencils to add shading and "fur". I used a darker color than they were colored and just drew lots of little lines making sure to go over all of the borders so they look fuzzy. I used the matching dies to cut them out. I used the Storybook 3 die for my background of the card. I also die-cut the new script LOVE YOU out of white cardstock and colored that with markers to match.
I attached the front of the card to a piece of watercolored green paper using foam tape behind it so it stood up from the background. I arranged several of the cute little koalas on the top of the card and then used the words love you on the two bottom windows. I added some cream jewels to finish the card.
These little dragon flies have to be a close second of my favorite new stamp sets - they are called Darling Dragonflies. They are in a 3x4 set which means they are very inexpensive to buy! I stamped these with a natural ink for no-line coloring and colored them in with Copics and with colored pencils. I used the new Hello Shaker die for the shaker window.
I used some of the new seed beads in the shaker window and some of the jewels. All of the colors I used are in the supply list at the bottom of this post. I also used some of the jewels around the outside of the card. I painted the background of the card with pink watercolor and then the HUGS die with blue watercolor. I left the inside of the shaker window white although I stuffed it so full you can't even see it! ha I used gray seed beads on the top of the dragonfly antennas.
There will be a blog hop coming soon and I will be doing a "one stamp, five ways" with this cute little School Friends stamp set. I have been coloring them all this week and they are so much fun! Here is a sneak peek (these will be made into 5 cards very soon!).
I hope you enjoyed my creations using the darling new PPP products! Come visit again soon for the blog hop where you will get lots of inspiration using them. PPP can never go wrong - every release is a must have for me so I am so very happy I am on the design team! Thanks so much for visiting and have a great week friends! Suzy

What a great release. I love the school kids because they could be about the age of my grandchildren. I can't wait to see the cards you make with them.
