I posted my Studio Calico sneaks a few days ago, but now I wanted to post the full spreads. I haven't shared many photos from my son's wedding yet, so this is the big reveal of wedding photos as well! It was so BEAUTIFUL! I was so happy to get my project life spreads from the wedding done so quickly after the event.
My first spread was made with ONLY the Penny Arcade project life kit and the digital elements (mentioned in my last post):
I used a pocket page on one side and a ful 12x12 on the second side. I was out of large printer paper, so I had to print the large photos in three smaller pieces - you can see where they join on my son's hair - haha!
My second spread was made with the Penny Arcade project life kit as well as the two PL add-ons called Bottle Toss and High Striker.
I used a 12x12 photo on the left and added many of the embellishments from the kit along the left side. This is a great technique to use up all your little kit elements that you want to display on a project! As mentioned in my past post, I used a Raspberry Red Neocolor and the Deja Blue Color Theory ink pad to alter colors of elements to match my color scheme of corals and navy blues.
Next, I filled two full coin protectors with 2x2" slots with many more wedding photos and items from all three of the PL kits. This is another great way to use many of the kit elements up. I felt like I really utilized these kits this month! Here are the four sides of the coin protectors. I want a 12x12 project life pocket page with all 2x2 slots!
You can see my full gallery at Studio Calico HERE with many more close up images of each spread if you are interested. I hope you are enjoying the Penny Arcade kits as much as I did. Have a great week friends! suzy
