My name is Suzy Plantamura. I live in sunny Orange County, California by the beach. I have three kids, one grand baby, and two dogs. I draw watercolor cards and design stamps for Simon Says Stamp. I have a blog series called "one stamp, five ways" that I post to two times a week. I want to motivate and inspire others to use their stamp sets more and learn new techniques. Studio Calico Reveal DAY!
Yesterday was the day the Studio Calico Sandlot kits went up for sale - known as REVEAL DAY. Funny how we scrappers have our own lingo. Speaking of which, I don't need to explain said lingo since only scrapbookers read my blog! I've started making my project life spreads about specific events rather than weekly. This wasn't a conscious decision - rather I just got behind and don't have time to catch up. So when I have a fun event in my life, I get all excited to scrap it. My Studio Calico Sandlot Sneaks
Oh my goodness - I cannot believe tomorrow is the Studio Calico Reveal day of their August Kits - Sandlot. How did this happen so quickly and I'm just getting my sneak images on my blog?!?!?! Oh yeah, it's summer and I don't have a minute to myself... I'm sure you can all relate! Yesterday, I worked on these all day long and my kids suffered. No beach day for them. Studio Calico Penny Arcade Project Life Spreads
I posted my Studio Calico sneaks a few days ago, but now I wanted to post the full spreads. I haven't shared many photos from my son's wedding yet, so this is the big reveal of wedding photos as well! It was so BEAUTIFUL! I was so happy to get my project life spreads from the wedding done so quickly after the event. My first spread was made with ONLY the Penny Arcade project life kit and the digital elements (mentioned in my last post): I used a pocket page on one side and a ful 12x12 on the second side.
