Studio Calico has a new offer for BRAND NEW subscribers, so if you are not yet a subscriber, this might be just the time for you to join in on the fun ...
First, let's start at the very beginning. Studio Calico is a kit club that has three monthly subscriptions to choose from - Scrapbooking, Cards, and Project Life. Each of these three kits also has add-on kits that go up for sale on reveal day each month. If you are a subscriber to any of the three kits, you get several perks including the following:
Exclusive Discounts, Flat Rate Shipping, Early Access to Future Kit Reveals, Bonus CalicoPoints, Class Discounts, and Being In The Know (Hearing Big New First!)
But, it is even BETTER if you subscribe right now! In addition to the items mentioned above, you also get a free gift card to use on any SC shop products you want! Here are the links to subscribe for the three kits. If you click on these links, they will add both the kit and the gift card to your shopping cart:
SCRAPBOOK KIT AND GIFT CARD
CARD KIT AND GIFT CARD
PROJECT LIFE KIT AND GIFT CARD
Today, some of the SC design team members are doing a blog hop to promote this new subscriber promotion. If you click on each of the blog links below, you will get to see what each of us would spend our gift card on.

3. I'm sneaking a couple of favorites into this photo. First, all of these items are part of my
Office Hours Scrapbook kit which I haven't had a chance to use yet, so I just put a few things together for this post. I can't wait to play with these awesome spring colors! I love the
4x6 Paper Pad that is available each month as it gives you smaller scale images of the papers in most of the kits. They are just the right size for PL pockets and they are thicker than the papers, more like PL cards. But item 3 is actually my most favorite item in the entire SC shop (and it is currently out of stock, but will be restocked soon). It is the
Transparent Watercolor Papers. I use them
ALL THE TIME! I have painted with watercolor tubes for most of my life, but I like these so much that I haven't touched my tubes in months. They are so easy to use and easy to transport. And they give you either a very opaque or very transparent look.
LOVE THEM!

4. This little roller stamp from the
Wanderlust Colletion is my next favorite item. I used it for all of the lines on one of the Office Hour kit papers above (from the 4x6 paper pad). You can purchase it here:
Wanderlust Phrases Roller Stamp and it's only $4.99!
5. My last favorite product in the SC shop are the new
Color Theory Ink Pads. The colors are so perfect for me - lots of corals and teals! All of the items in this photo are part of my
Office Hours scrapbook kit except for the ink. The ink shown is called
Blush Crush - all of the 12 shades have adorable names too! You can buy them individually or buy them as a set as I did
HERE.
6. Can I call #5 a tie as I have to add one more! This
Color Theory 12x12 Paper Pack is absolute perfection. I can't wait to make layouts on every one of these colorful sheets. They have such a subtle pattern that you can use them in place of cardstock. But they are
so much prettier than cardstock. I have a feeling this paper pack was probably mentioned on everyone's blog posts today!
Ok, so there you go! Now if you are hopping along, the next blog you should go to is this one:
