Hello stamping friends! Today is the day! As of this very moment, you can purchase all of the new adorable March products from My Favorite Things! It is the March New Product Launch and the Design Team is ready to dazzle you with lots of lovely creations!
Today I have three cards to share with you. They all use my new spring set called Spring Has Sprung. This is my first set that doesn't need to be colored. The stamps have "backgrounds" that surround the doodled designs for an interesting colored effect. I have really enjoyed playing with them as there are so many fun ways to use them. I hope you all enjoy them too!
First up is a card using the ADORABLE new Birdie Brown girl from the BB Sunflower Sweetheart stamp set. I love mixing my set with other MFT products as they all coordinate so well together.
I love that this set also has matching die-cuts called the Die-namics Sunflower Sweetheart set. I think she needs a name and I choose Matilda. I covered her sunflower with the daisy from my set. It fit perfectly and I think it looks really cute! I also die-cut one of the leaves and placed it over the leaf the girl is holding. I'm sorry - Matilda is holding. I think the daisy changes the look from more of a country type of look to a whimsical look. I might even love her even more now! I added the word SPRING from my set and a border from my last set, Borders and Accents. The background is the gorgeous new Die-namics Floral Fusion Cover-Up. Another must have while making spring cards!
I wanted to show you a close up of Matilda. Because she is THAT cute. Ok, enough about her. Let's move on shall we?!?!?!?
On the inside of the card, I used my Spring Has Sprung set - I cut the two words a part and used them running horizontally. I love how they look this way. I also cut the stem off of the daisy and used three daisies along the bottom. I added a border as well from my Borders and Accents set.
This card is made using my new set as well. I stamped the pot with the flowers inside using the block stamps of color as well as the outlines. Then I doodled more around the edges of each flower and the pot and added a heart inside the center of the pot (or you could use a heart stamp from my Borders and Accent set). The background of the card is the Die-namics Fishnet Cover-Up.
On the inside of the card, I stamped the Happy Spring and three of the flowers, cut them out, added more doodles around them, and placed them on top of a tag from the Blueprints 13 set. I also added a small border from the bottom of a stamp from my Sweet Little Memories stamp set.
I could NOT resist using the new Pure Innocence I'm All Ears stamp. I cut her out and cut the carrot out of her hand and replaced it with a glittered tulip from my set. I used my Borders and Accents set on the tag behind her to add some texture and pattern. I colored the Swiss Dots Die-namic with Copic markers in several colors of pink to give it a patterned look. The Be Happy is from the Sunflower Sweetheart set. I added a border along the top from my Borders and Accents set as well.
For the inside of the card, I stamped the Bloom and Be Happy sentiment on a Die-namics Open Scallop Doily sprayed with pink mist. I added a tulip from my set and a yellow border from my Borders and Accents set.
I hope you enjoyed my cards today and I REALLY hope you enjoy shopping right now! Don't forget about the gift certificates MFT is giving away as part of the New Product Launch. Good luck to all and have a great day! Thanks for visiting, suzy

How sweet! Pink is one of my favorite colors. I love that each card uses that color. :) The Floral Fusion goes so well with the darling girl from Sunflower Sweetheart. The bling really adds that extra something special to the card. There's something about doodly cards that make me happy. Terrific cards, indeed!
