Today is the last day of the seven day teaser time for October releases by My Favorite Things. That means tomorrow is the BIG day - the New Product Tour where you can purchase all of your favorites from the week! This will be at 7:00 pm pst - so come back for one last visit and I will have some more creations to share using many of the products being released.
Today I am sharing a few more project life cards I made (excuse the poor photos but I took them when it was close to dark - hate cranking that ISO so high!). Tomorrow I will be showing all of these cards used in a project life spread (or two). I'm getting caught up from last December finally and this product release was a perfect way to make them very festive!
Here is a combination of the cards I made today (and a few from the past that have been updated). Next I'll be showing you some detail shots with techniques for how I made them.
For the green card, I used the die-namics pierced traditional tag stax and wrapped one of the medium sized tags around a 3" x 4" piece of patterned paper. I added one of the gingerbread men and candy canes from the Sweet Christmas set. I used the loopy-border die-namics again! The Happy Christmas sentiment is from the new Pure Innocence Happy Christmas set (love that font!). And the circles are cut from the die-namics released last month called Border It - Numbers. The background red cardstock is cut using the new die-namics Swiss Dot background. The second card uses the Christmas tree and Merry Christmas stamps from Sweet Christmas.
These two cards use my new favorite die-namics frames for the holidays - the Joy photo card frame and the Merry photo card frame. They fit the 4x6 PL card size perfectly! There are also some more loopy borders up there! And some gingerbread men and candy canes from the Sweet Christmas stamp set.
This card is going to be my weekly introduction card once I add a title. I used the die-namics falling snowflakes, the die-namics tree lines, the die-namics loopy border (with vellum), and the gingerbread house from the Sweet Christmas stamps. The green trees above the card are just for decoration for the photo - they are not part of the PL card (but I WILL find a very good home for them in my PL spread I am sure!). I love white on white and the vellum loos so soft against the white smooth cardstock. I purposely left some of the snowflakes in the falling snowflakes die-namics.
All of the linked products are below - the new ones will only link after the New Product Tour tomorrow. Please continue to leave comments on this post for the last chance to win two of my new Sweet Christmas stamp sets. And a big thank you to those who have been leaving comments ALL week on every single post with sweet compliments that make my day! I wish I could give all of you a set - thank you sooooo much! I hope one of you really diligent girls wins as I know it takes a lot of time to leave blog comments and they are so appreciated! So if you haven't yet - go visit the design teams blogs today to see their creations using the new sets introduced. I am totally in love with this one and used it on one of my cards. I'll be showing more uses of it tomorrow. It goes so well with my Sweet Christmas set and I must get the matching die-namic!
So here you go on those supplies with links and I'll see you back tomorrow friends!!! Suzy
More fun layouts and a great card.

Suzy, I love to see the stamps used on scrapbook pages! It saves so much on embellishments and they can be made in any color to go with any set of pictures! Of course this particular set is more Christmasy than most, but you know what I mean! The words can go on any layout - especially teen layouts so your set is well worth the price! Thanks so much for sharing the flexibility of the set with us!
