A good friend of mine visited yesterday and we met at Scrapbook Oasis to buy some new CHA products. Later, we were chatting about scrapbooking and I realized something. I would probably never scrapbook if I didn't do it for a job. I'm sure I would find other things that kept me too busy to allow myself to justify the time. My name is Suzy Plantamura. I live in sunny Orange County, California by the beach. I have three kids, one grand baby, and two dogs. I draw watercolor cards and design stamps for Simon Says Stamp. I have a blog series called "one stamp, five ways" that I post to two times a week. I want to motivate and inspire others to use their stamp sets more and learn new techniques. VERY HAPPY NEWS!
I am so excited! I found out late last week that I made the American Crafts Design Team! I have always loved their products, but after the Dear Lizzy lines came on board, I was even more in love! I cannot wait to get my box of products to start playing with - happy me!!! Here is the new team - so many talented scrappers on here. I had to check out each of their blogs and so many different styles are represented. It was fun seeing some old favorites and discovering some new talented girls as well. A Layout To Share...
I just adore the new lines by Echo Park! This was is called "A Walk In The Park" and is their second of four releases (they release a new line each month!!!). I loved all the different papers so much that I just weaved a bit of each one together for the background and then stitched around the edges to hold them together. I can't wait to get my hands on their new line called Life Is Good (kind of my motto in life, huh?). They also came out with a new colorful Halloween line at CHA.
