Happy Summer!!!

This has been such a great summer! I have had LOTS of house guests, so my duty has been to entertain! And entertaining at the beach is oh so much fun! We have gone almost every sunny day this summer (and some of the cloudy ones too). What else can you do to entertain old and young for only $3 a day? (unless you accidentally stay longer than you meant to and that goes up to $53 a day!)...

   

 When we aren't at the beach, we are usually visiting one of the awesome parks in Laguna. My poor nephew got spun so long by Thane that he almost threw up. Mean mean teenagers!

 

One of my house guests was this sweet little pup. We got to babysit him for a full week. Lucky lucky us. Isn't he just darling?

 

But don't be fooled by looks. This little guy lifted his leg on my best couch not once, but twice during his stay. He also bit three kids - he was a devil in disguise. My son called him a little piece of shit-zu. I did get this one picture of him though that shows his true personality:

    

The beach is also a petting zoo if you time it right. We counted ten bunnies on this grass. The kids ended up crawling around on it to get closer to them. Chloe had a tick attached to her scalp when she got home - yuck!!! Lucky mama is a pro at removing them (dog experience!).

 

So with that, happy summer to all my friends - hope you are enjoying the sunshine as much as we are!
