I wanted to post one of my pages from my HOF entry last year called I LOVE TO CREATE. This page was so much fun to make and definitely my favorite in my entry. It was for the Journal Your Passion assignment. I saw a movie poster for 27 Dresses that inspired it. I took a picture of myself in shorts and a tank top and then covered my body with a dress made out of cardstock. I drew the title and journaling on the dress. I made the background with fabric swatches and lots of machine and hand stitching. I painted and doodled around the edge of the layout. I was trying to incorporate all my favorite crafts into the layout.
This is the cover of the February Creating Keepsakes. This darling mini album was made by my dear friend Jamie Harper. I was asked to create a cover option with this picture. I received a message that my frame was not going to be on the cover, but I didn't know whose project they went with. Later that day I was talking to Jamie on the phone and she was all excited because she made the cover. It was so funny to find out we were competing for the cover and we didn't even know it! Here is my project as well and a link to the three cover options on CK's website. I made this frame with the Valentine's line by Fiskars/Cloud 9 (it is SO cute!).

That layout is one of my favs of yours!!! It is different, and very "you" that is what I love about it.

That is the most clever oage that I have ever seen, and you are just so darn cute! Congrats on being asked to try for a cover...your frame is beautiful!
