I tried to ignore this tag the first time from my good friend Linda Rodriquez, but then it came again from another friend, Meredith Taylor. I guess it is time to give it a try, so please put up with my trip down my own memory lane for a minute... What were you doing TEN years ago? MAYA ROAD Prize Package

Here is a photo (finally!) of the Maya Road prize package I will be giving away. In it is a heart binder and box just like the one I used for the cover of February CK. I included lots of ribbons and trims - even some new ones that are on top of the heart box. There is a package of flowers, a chipboard accordion album, some chipboard flowers and swirls and a chipboard petal album for you to make your own lady bug if you want! Maya Road Sneak Peek Day 7:

My final day of MR sneak peeks is here. And I'm sorry I haven't posted a picture of my goodie give away yet - promise to do that today. I will pull a name randomly from one of my posts this week tonight. I received some of the new trims in the mail yesterday, so I will include some of those in the prize package as well. Maya Road Sneak Peek Day 6:

It's Saturday and the week is almost over - just two more albums to share! This one is a Maya Road owl coaster album which is a new release for CHA Summer. It is only about 4" tall and has six pages held by a chain. The front cover is embossed. I used lots of other Maya Road products in it including the Jonathan chipboard alphabet, the bird keychain, Trinket buttons, owl rub ons and lots of ribbons and trims. All papers and other products in the album are by Fiskars - the Heidi Grace line called A Little Bird's Tale. Thank you to sweet Cheryl Waters for sharing it with me. Maya Road Sneak Peek Day 5:

The Maya Road album I used for this one is the sheer tab album from the last show. I used lots of their office sheers for my journaling and their dog key chain set for the title and the bone and house. The pom pom trim on the dog house and the front cover is a new show release. I used the Love, Elsie Daisy line to decorate it. It was perfect for a book about my cute Cockapoo, Mayzie. She is the best doggy ever and I adore her as you can see from this album! Maya Road Sneak Peek Day 4:

And now for another album of the day. This one is really close to my class project - a summer vacation album. It is made from a Maya Road 6x6 Binder album with eight thick chipboard pages inside. The new products are the large flowers and leaves and the borders - they both come on 12" long chipboard sheets. You punch them out and decorate them for your project. I painted them all white and then rubbed chalk ink pads on them to add the color. I like a white base as it keeps the colors bright for an album like this. Maya Road Sneak Peek Day 3:

This one might be my favorite album of all nine that I made. I just adore this house accordion album - it opens up so there is six houses all different shapes and sizes. The trim on the front is a new Maya Road chipboard that looks like rick rack (so I love it!) and I used lots of their velvet blossoms throughout. Around the windows, I used their little chipboard frames and a heart coming out of the chimney. All the papers and other embellishments I used are from the Fiskars line called We Are Family. MAYA ROAD Sneak Peek Day 2:

Thank you for all the nice comments on my project from yesterday! Here is my next mini album. This one uses the Maya Road Classic Scroll Frame chipboard album. It uses lots of their new products - see if you can find them all. First is the cupcake stamps which I stamped on white cardstock and covered with glitter, then cut out and used with pop dots behind them. It also uses the new cupcake chipboard pieces. I painted them white, then rubbed chalk inks on them and added some flocking on some. The word Celebrate on the front cover is new and the calendar stamp is as well. Each day this week I will be posting a mini album I made for the Maya Road booth at CHA Summer.
