I just spent two days making layouts with the beautiful April kit from a million memories kit club. Is is so pretty, vintage looking and romantic. Michelle the owner puts together the best kits ever! Here are my four layouts:
This one uses a picture of my good friend's new baby girl Katie - she is so adorable!
For this layout, I painted the chipboard frames white and used Ranger holographic embossing powder on them - did the same along the edges of the page. I used chalk ink on the chipboard letters and outlined them with the new Ranger white pen which is amazing!!!
This is my friend Jocelyn again with her sweet baby girl. I traced around the photo with a pencil on my background paper, lifted the photo and cut portions of the paper out. I then reattached the photo with those pieces on top with pop dots under them. I used a gold leaf pen to outline the border of the layout and Glimmer Mist by Tattered Angels on the letters and flowers.
And last, a page about my husband - these photos were taken right after we got married, so they are ten years old in about two months... The small flowers are from the American Crafts chipboard letter set and I used paint and Glimmer Mist on them.
It was so fun to work with the kit this month - thanks for looking at my designs! Suzy
Your work is so beautiful. I love the Sophie LO :)

Oh Suzy they are all so soft and beautiful. I love lace and ribbon on layouts. I use it often! =) Last week I cleaned out my closet and found a shoe box full of lace! I can't wait to put it to good use. OHHHH and the baby is adorable! Have a great day. HUGZ!
